"-they gave us the wrong room, even tho we specified which we booked here, and then gave us a non-smoking floor after we requested smoking -we received a wake-up call we didn't ask for, and had housekeeping about to walk in on us even tho it was b4 the time we were to leave and we had a do not disturb sign on the door -the hotel is functional, but it leaves a little to be desired in how they run things"
